Where to eat in Bodrum
Bodrum eats Aegean: olive oil vegetables, wild greens, fish from the gulf and a long table of meze before the main course. The peninsula now has a handful of Michelin-recognized restaurants, but its best meals are often a simple fish dinner by a bay. Eat late, and book in July and August.
