Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
The Euro Concierge (theeuroconcierge.com) and The Euro Table (theeurotable.com) are run by TheEuroConcierge.com, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers both sites. If you have a question about your data, write to info@theeuroconcierge.com.
The short version
We don’t ask for your name, email address or payment details, we don’t have accounts, and we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. The few things that do touch your data are listed below, with who else sees them.
What we collect, and why
Server logs. Our host, Hostinger, records each request to the sites: your IP address, your browser type, the page and the time. It keeps them for a limited time to run and protect the service, under its own policy. We don’t use them to identify you.
Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address. Google’s privacy policy covers that.
Live prices. When a page shows a live price, your browser asks our own server for it, and our server asks the partner, such as Viator. The partner gets our server’s request, not your IP address.
Your browser’s storage. The colour switch at the bottom of each page remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. It’s a design review tool and will be removed before launch.
Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and your address to reply to you.
When you click through to a partner
Many of our links go to booking sites, tour operators and restaurants. When you follow one, that site may record that you came from us, usually with its own cookie, so it can pay us a commission. What happens on its site is covered by its own privacy policy, not this one.
What we don't do
We don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising, we don’t build profiles of visitors, and the sites aren’t meant for children: we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Your rights
If you’re in the European Union, the UK or another place with similar laws, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it, and you can complain to your data protection authority. If you’re in California, you have similar rights under California law. Write to info@theeuroconcierge.com and we’ll reply within one month.
Where your data is processed
Our sites’ server is in the United States, and the services named above are based in the United States and elsewhere, so your data may be processed outside your country.
Do Not Track
We don’t track visitors across other sites, so we treat everyone the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Before anything that matters takes effect, such as adding analytics, accounts or a newsletter, we’ll say so on the sites.
